We are seeking a revolving line of credit of 1.0m dollars to fund two four plex units for constructed at a time. Expected turn per four plex unit is 100 days. The project is expect to take 3 years to complete. Investment will be secured against title and all monies received will go against the line first and remainder to the share holders. Construction to commence once a min of 550k dollars has been raised.
