Celtic provides commercial diving and ROV support services to oil & gas, renewable energy, government, and custom sectors. Primarily Celtic provides construction, inspection, and maintenance and repair services which utilize highly-skilled commercial divers and/or remotely operated vehicles. Celtic as formed in 2010 and quickly grew revenues by 1000% year over year until 2012, when it was forced to temporarily cease operations due to lack of access to expansion capital. Celtic still maintains numerous lucrative operating agreements with companies such as Energy XXI, Century Exploration, and many more. Additionally, Celtic has been approached by Williams Pipeline-Transco, Spectra Energy, and two private firms to provide services. Unfortunately, we lack the capital to restart the firm since due to standard capital market constraints. Therefore, we are soliciting investment from seasoned professionals with a desire to be part of a innovative and proven venture.
