GroupCar frees car buyers from the negotiation process of buying a new car. GroupCar has exclusive contracts with major metro car dealers that are willing to offer one low price to a group of customers looking for the same make and model vehicle. It's fair, fast and free. The customer will simply go to groupcar.com, find the make and model they are looking to buy, and sign up. Once 10 people in one market sign up for the same make and model it triggers a GroupCar Buy! The customers are e-mailed their GroupCar Buy certificate and given the dealer information. The dealer is also alerted and can make arrangements with the customer. GroupCar is free to customers and dealers will commit to $100 for every vehicle sold. Dealers that sign with GroupCar will have exclusivity in the market for their brand. ie. one Ford Dealer per market etc. There are no start up fees for the dealers, they are just agreeing to the $100 fee per sale. No risk for anyone.
