Since the announcement of the approval of Texas Intrastate Crowdfunding Law, we have been approached by one of the largest Restaurant REITs in the US to test our platform on a couple of their properties. If successful, they want to roll it out, and add restaurant franchises in the mix. We offer corporate backed single tenant premium brand properties or triple net leased (NNN) properties. (ie - Walmart, Burger King, or Ross) No construction, no development, no rehabs, and no mixed-used retail. We want to give our potential investors a guaranteed return with a stable product. We have been written up in the Houston Chronicle, Houston Business Journal, and the CrowdfundInsider. Our target investor are small investors that fall under the new Texas law ($5000 limit), Accredited Investors that fall under the SEC guidelines, and International Investors that fall under the EB5 program.
