Looking to expand my business by opening a Warehouse venue and recording studio. In the back I would have sectioned off sound proof rooms for bands and Artist to record music as well as for Photographers to hold photo shoots for Artist and models as they like, this will be a charge on a monthly basis or per hour for Photographers. We will provide the recording equipment for the producers who rent space and Backdrops and props for the Photographers as needed. As well as a Stage for performances.
