I am a psychiatrist with significant experience in helping victims on disaster sites. I would like to use this concept to develop mobile technology so that victims may access the information in a less stigmatizing way. Currently counselors, some with and some without experience arrive on disaster scenes to help victims. But the number who have been traumatized are significantly greater than the number seeking help. And people are often reluctant to seek mental health counseling or even know if they need it. This technology would bridge the gap. What our company requires is startup funding as we are content experts and legal experts but not technology experts.
