The markets for a shop like this is basically untouched and would target the person trying to save money on an expensive repair, a guy trying to finish his project car, or the most significant would be the mechanic who is unemployed and cannot make money of his skill set do to lack of resources. At ralfs he can simply come and rent out a bay and pay by the hour.
