Realtyka is creating the future of real estate brokerage. Real estate agents are required by law to work “under” the license of real estate brokers (agent can work “under” one broker only). Brokers are typically keeping 20%-40% of the commissions of their agents and are offering agents less and less in return. As internet becomes a major operational and marketing tool for agents, they feel they are doing all the work and paying their broker too much for too little (agents no longer need the desk and office space, they work from home, use smart-phones and generate their leads). We plan on being a purely online (internet) broker and to offer our agents a full set of tools which include items like: online marketing tools, CRM, call center, online training, ordering business cards and yard signs, creating their own website and a lot more, and for a low commission split to us (we will keep 15% of their commissions which is considerably lower than what they pay now).
