The Mosaic Condos have a 1646 sq. ft. retail space that I could remodel, decorate, and provide primary service to their residents. The property owners have agreed to reimburse up to $25 per square foot for remodeling and 3 months free rent. There’s over 1500 new clients I can cater to with personal styling/shopping services and the greater Houston community. At present, I am a personal stylist and a men/women’s boutique offering a variety of exclusive fashion is needed in the Houston area. With the increase of online boutiques, consumers rarely get to experience the clothing before purchasing. This boutique would give substantial financial benefit to us both if I had the funds to pay for the Fall/Winter and Resort inventory, decorate the boutique, and organize a great grand opening. The Montage will be the next Houston attraction and I would love for you to be a part of our success.
